Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, ensuring a clear understanding of our professional partnership.

Service Agreement Details

1. Services

JLR Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd agrees to provide professional cleaning services as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon service proposal or booking confirmation. The scope of work, frequency, and specific tasks to be performed will be clearly defined and discussed prior to the commencement of any services. Any services not explicitly stated in the agreed proposal will be considered outside the scope and may incur additional charges.

2. Client Obligations

Clients are required to provide a safe working environment and ensure reasonable access to the premises for the JLR Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd team. This includes ensuring all necessary utilities such as water, electricity, and adequate lighting are available for the duration of the service. Clients should secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items prior to the cleaning appointment. Timely notification of any specific instructions or areas to avoid is appreciated.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quotations are provided based on the detailed assessment of the proposed work. Invoicing will adhere to the agreed schedule, typically upon completion of services or on a pre-defined monthly basis for recurring contracts. Payment terms will be clearly stated on each invoice, generally requiring payment within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a service appointment must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. For recurring contracts, repeated short-notice cancellations may lead to a review of the service agreement.

5. Liability & Insurance

JLR Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd maintains comprehensive public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused by our operatives during the provision of our services. While we take utmost care, clients are responsible for declaring any pre-existing damages or particularly fragile items. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not secured, or undisclosed hazards.

6. Complaints & Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We pledge to address any reported issues promptly and, where appropriate, rectify the situation at no additional cost. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

7. Confidentiality

JLR Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd understands the sensitive nature of accessing client properties and premises. All our staff are trained and bound by strict confidentiality agreements, ensuring that all client information and property details are kept private and secure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
